Finishing the laundry at home is a really important part of the home chores, but it can be done in such a way that is more comfortable for everyone involved. Nobody likes to wear clothes that are completely covered in electrical static that can shock and make people feel uncomfortable. With these tricks, you will be able to do the laundry with a lot less static. Some of them are common sense, but others might not be methods you have thought about before. Either way, it is a good idea to consider them for your next load of laundry.
Materials Together in Laundry
One big thing that people do not recognize is that certain materials are the ones that cause static. In order to reduce the static, it is best to avoid putting the different types of clothing together. For example, the laundry that can be the worst for static includes polyester or other synthetic materials that are created for sports or athletic events. These are some of the worst when it comes to static electricity so make sure you put them all together and do not mix other clothes into the batch.
Also, keep in mind that some mixed clothing can really have problems with static as well. The vast majority of cotton clothing does not have any problems, but when you mix some cashmere into the garment, there is a good chance it will start to have problems with static electricity. Keep this in mind and you’ll be able to prevent dangerous combinations of static electricity.
Static Sheets
Obviously, people have had problems with static electricity for some time and it was only a matter of years before there was a solution. Today there are a wide variety of static sheets that can be placed within the dryer in order to get rid of the static electricity. In doing so, you will be able to cheaply get rid of the static without worrying about the different materials that you are placing within.
These static sheets can be purchased at any store for a fraction of the cost of other laundry solutions. There are many things, such as detergent, softener, and others, that you can buy, but something that is able to help prevent static is really important and extremely beneficial.

Sorting clothes based on color and textile can help prevent static and is more efficient.
I think I’ll go with the sorting of clothes just because it is more convenient and efficient.
Oh I didn’t know before that there’s such thing as “static clothes” and “static laundry.” What happens if I mix all the clothes together but not in washing machine but hand-washed?
This is really a very useful tip as I don’t normally segregate clothes for reasons other than color differences.
i’ll keep this in mind… thanks for a good tip. Yahweh bless.
oh I love doing the laundry and this is a very helpful tip! Thanks so much!
