You want them to see the space and potential for large family gatherings, swimming pool remodeling, or adding a pond. You might also like to give the yard some character by planting some flowers or laying down a brick path. Consider anything that is easy to do and that will distinguish your home from others a buyer might be looking at.
The inside of your home is incredibly simple to improve. Even buying modern furniture will alter their perception of your house making them more willing to spend a little extra on it. Obviously, you’ll be taking this furniture with you. But that’s not the point. They’re thinking about what your home could look like with the right design.
Again you want to make your home look bigger and that’s done by changing the colour of your walls. You would be surprised by how much wall colour alters the perception of a room. For instance, if you want rooms to look wide and expansive you should paint them cream white.
