Colors can change our moods. Experts say when your eyes are already tired, look on something green. It can help your eyes to feel refreshed.

Our clothes or accessories on the other hand can send subtle statements and maybe can change our moods too.

Here are some colors that may help us send and reflect what we feel.

Blue, inspires mental control, clarity and creativity. The reason why it is the most popular choice of color in sales.

Black, represents authority, power and drama. It has the tendency to look intimidating.

Gray, shows confidence without being too intimidating. It connotes sophistication and neutrality.

Orange, stimulates the mind and lifts the spirit, removing feelings of self-pity or lack of self-worth.

Peach is good for nervous exhaustion.

Yellow, boosts powers of discernment and discrimination, clear thinking, decision making and good judgment.

Green, helps connect with empathy to others and the natural worlds. Soothes and calms the mind.

Brown, immediately presents stability. It creates a neutral environment for open discussion.

Red, associated with vitality and ambition. This powerful color can overcome negative thoughts.
